Mr. DaSilva is a certified professional pet groomer and has been working with Barks and Whistles Inc. as a groomer and consultant since 2008. He has been a professional dog show groomer, handler and breeder since 1986. He has bred or co-bred several Afghan Hounds champions with a licensed by American Kennel Club Judge.

He's a former professional grooming salon manager and trainer for PETCO Animal Supply Corporation from 2004-2008. He has also worked for Blue Ribbon Dog grooming Salon from 1990-1998 as groomer, dog show handler and consulting for Blue Ribbon clients.
